Terms of Service

Operator: Highlander Ridge LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, 15325 Turning Leaf Pl, Haymarket, VA 20169. Contact: hello@willitrunllm.com. Effective: October 17, 2026.

  1. Service. Will It Run? ("the Service") provides a website, a public API (/api/v1) and an MCP server (/api/mcp) that estimate whether AI models fit on hardware.
  2. Estimates only. Memory, speed and fit results are estimates. Community benchmarks are third-party data. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose or availability. Do not rely on it for purchasing or safety-critical decisions without your own verification.
  3. Plans. No key: personal/non-commercial use, 120 requests/minute per IP, attribution requested. Free key: 1,000 requests/month. Builder ($19/month or $190/year, USD, plus applicable tax): 50,000 requests/month, 600 requests/minute, batch requests of up to 50 combinations, commercial use, no attribution required. Limits may be enforced with HTTP 429 responses. No service-level agreement; support is best-effort by email.
  4. Keys. Keys are personal to the account holder; keep them secret. We store only a hash and cannot recover a lost key. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly, abused or used to circumvent limits.
  5. Acceptable use. No scraping to rebuild a competing dataset, no reselling raw API access as-is, no attempts to bypass limits, no unlawful use.
  6. Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime via the billing portal on your key dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period, then the key reverts to Free limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  7. Data license. Our compilation and estimates are licensed CC BY 4.0 (attribution waived for Builder). Each benchmark row is subject to its source's terms.
  8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Highlander Ridge LLC's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  9. Changes / termination. We may change or discontinue the Service; for paid plans we'll give reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund if discontinued mid-term.
  10. Law. Virginia law; venue in Virginia courts.
